Idea Bank?

General question, but what is the difference between the idea bank and the enhancement bank? They both seem to have the same purpose. And does Blackbaud check one more often than the other? I would like some clarify on where to post and where is Blackbaud support/Product Managers most likely to look?

@Chris Felinski - This is very interesting. I consider myself pretty well versed in Blackbaud after 10 years with the system, but I have never seen the “Enhancement Bank.” Is this just another example of Blackbaud's right hand not knowing what its left hand is doing? Only other reason I could think for having the two boards is that one is designed for the Higher Ed version of system while the other is meant for K-12 users.

@Scott Chrysler Yeah, I am not sure. If it is a higher ed version and a K-12 users version, that would make sense but not really clear anywhere on the pages. In the diploma discussion on this board for counting courses for credit multiple times, I saw the link to that idea in the enhancement bank that I had never seen before, and I had to re-register to place a vote for the feature I was mentioning in the other thread.

@Chris Felinski Interesting. Echoing what @Scott Chrysler said. We've been with Blackbaud forever and I've never found the enhancement bank. While the scope seems limited making me think higher ed, there are definitely enhancements there that would apply to us in K-12.

Just had a lively argument in another discussion about how Blackbaud disseminates information (often conflicting) and provides feedback outlets for customers in way too many places.
