Anyone else been having trouble with the Magnus platform and support this year?

Our community has a nursery school, and we had them build a a template for CDPH 286 (CA Blue Card/State immunization card) in Magnus so the immunization data autofeeds into the form and we can just print/donwload those forms.

That report broke in July and they've been unable to fix it. Since the migration to Salesforce ticketing system support follow up's been pretty poor (save for one rep that goes the extra mile).

Tangentially, would be interested to know what folks are using instead of Magnus - EM Medical Module with lower cost document management platforms was mentioned on a thread I found here. Would love to hear setup from other non-Magnus users.

@Karintha Marshall I would also love to hear from others about what else they are using besides Magnus. Is anyone just using the forms and Nurse's Office in BBK12?

@Oona McKnight We're in our third year using SchoolDoc and our health office has been very happy. They're very responsive whenever we have a question.

@Karintha Marshall @Oona McKnight We exclusively use the modules and tools in BBK12 and lean heavily on Nurses Office (and forms). Definitely has its pluses and challenges. Reach out to me if you'd like more details.
