Get "Last changed by" in constituent API

Is there a way to get the “Last changed by” field in the constituent API? I want to pull this to filter my script from running based on what user made the change to the constituent record. See screenshot.

@Caleb Daniel is this most likely a request for the GET all constituents endpoint? If so we are doing work on lists in 2023 that should allow us to make this change but we are 6 months plus from being in a place to say when something like this may be added.

@Anthony Gallo I'm not sure which exact GET request, but yes this would be a call to the constituents API endpoint. So, this “Last changed by” field is not available in the constituent API? Thank you
