Recurring gifts not appearing in Portal

We're eager to launch the NXT Portal widely with our donor base. We've rolled it out to a handful of our monthly donors, who need to update payment info, and none of them have been able to successfully view or update their recurring gifts in the Portal. Everything is configured on the back end for all of those features to be available, according to the documentation provided. Does anyone know if there's an extra step that would enable recurring gift management?

    @Janet Abercrombie - I presume you have followed these instructions on getting your org's donor portal set-up (https://webfiles.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/rex/content/bb-portal-tutorial.html). Under the “Portal Feature Configuration” section, there are some confusingly worded statements, I am not sure what you are looking to do is actually currently possible. I am hopeful someone else will comment and tell me I've interrupted this incorrectly.

    @Janet Abercrombie, your recurring donors should currently be able to View, Cancel and Change the Credit Card for their recurring gifts. Only Automated Recurring Gifts in NXT will be visible/editable in Portal. If your portal isn't allowing for these options, please follow-up here and/or with Support.

    In early 2023, there will be additional recurring gift amendment options available including Change Schedule, Change Amount, Skip and Hold. Let me know how else I can help!
