New Chat System Lacking Response Notification

Is anyone else missing the response alert that would sound when on a chat? I often navigate away from the chat screen to continue working while the issue is being investigated. I was on a chat this morning and realized that the new system does not provide a sound alert when BB support has sent a response. This meant that I had to continually navigate back to the chat window to check it.

I am in agreement, I found the alert to be most useful. It would be appreciated if it came back.

…and while we're at it, is there possibly a way to have a “bigger” sound for this notification?

I often miss it, esp. if something is going on in my office while multitasking and waiting.

Still no update in the Knowledge Base article. Any idea when this issue might be fixed? Who'da thunk a small pop sound could be so crucial for productivity!
