Can I open course recommendation for teachers without opening it up for students? I want to give teachers time to enter in recommendation for next year.

@Carol Herter - Yes, you can do that - but in a non-obvious way. You have to make changes to the tasks in the Student and/or Parent roles. This is the method that Blackbaud recommends.
