RE NXT Batch Error: The specified payment configuration is invalid

I have experienced an error within the RE NXT batches where 3 Recurring Gifts had an error of :

The specified payment configuration is invalid

I would like to know if these GIFTs can be fixed from within RE NXT or the API.

Further I would also like to understand why this issue occurred as it does not seem to be affecting all RG payments. I can confirm the token is being generated from the application and pushed into the BBMS Payments API, however for the transactions mentioned it seems that the account token was returned as zero's (00000-00000 etc.)

For error related questions we would want this reported to support so we can track it as a bug in our system. If they are unable to resolve the issue, they would gather the needed information for the engineering side to look more closely at.
