Bulk Upload Application PDFs into a Candidate's Profile for the Committee Reviewers

I was reading over this post and wanted to hear what other institutions are doing.

We upload the application as a miscellaneous file to the ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT section of Blackbaud (we use the state's university system for our application and its support). I had to upload applications over 1400 times manually last year for each candidate since the Bulk Upload only applies to the Core section of Blackbaud, and looking at over 1800 this year.

For privacy, we cannot use the bulk upload tool if it only goes to the Core. We want only the admissions team and members of a Committee within Enrollment Management to be able to view the application. Does anyone have any suggestions for affiliating PDFs in bulk to candidates or how they get around this?

@Grant Harrison currently, there is no way to bulk upload files in Enrollment Management. However, there is an idea in the Idea Bank that you can vote on and comment on why it's important to your school. https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OB-I-1922
