Pledge write offs

How to get a list of pledge write offs in the API or how do you show balances of each funds? The API is currently being used in PowerBI - using Power Query to make the call.

PowerBI is just a visualization layer, question is where are you getting your data for use in Power BI? Are you using Power Query in the PBI to call the Blackbaud connector to get data? or other method?

A single Poewr Bi will not be enough to do what you trying to achieve.

You will need to separately have a “storing” place (SharePoint List, SharePoint Excel file, other cloud storage that can be retrieved by Power Automate) as the “source”. As getting write off gift details can only be done 1 at a time (currently), you will need to know which gift system id is a write off (start with a database view query, then use when gift created/change/deleted to keep the “source” updated).
