Recently Accessed Exports/Queries/Records not saving at bottom of screen

Hi all!

We recently had an update to our system, and now seem to have lost the feature of Recently Accessed Exports/Queries/Records at the bottom of the screen. The section still exists, and opening an item will place the name of the item in that area, but logging off the system wipes out the lists so that next time we log in, there is nothing saved. The same is happening when processing event payments - no historical data is saving.

Wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Hope I'm explaining it correctly.

Thanks much,
Diane

Hi Diane, yes, we here also had updates the last two nights so that when we accessed the database view via Citrix/NXT the next morning, we have to reset our columns/order of sort for gift records and queries--add fields to include, etc., but this morning, one of my most used queries has completely vanished from the folder where it has always been. Luckily, if I search for it by name, it will come up and allow me to run and then shows at the bottom where the most recently accessed are listed, but now that is where I have to access it as it is no longer listed in the folder--WEIRD. This particular thing has never happened before. Makes me nervous that other important queries could vanish for good and a person would have to rebuild them which would be beyond time-consuming and frustrating.

@Diane Duresky This is pretty common after an update. However, if nothing is being added to the lists, I think it might be a Citrix server issue. I've had issues similar to that, but I had to restart my session and PC, and when I logged into a new server I was able to work again.

@Diane Duresky Yes it happened to a lot of users this week. Apparently it was users on the Boston Data Center. It seems to have been fixed now.
