Unearned Revenue
Hello…I am trying to track our unearned revenue by using the description field in AR. The description field from the AR module does not post to any of hte reports I have for the unearned account so I cannot tell when to sweep unearned. So does anyone have any experience using trans ID's or Project IDs to track deferred? Or any other ideas of how you track unearned in a manner that allows you to sweep unearned to revenue in the month the rev is earned?
