Updating to the recurring gifts to the most recent Annual Campaign

Hello Everyone, is anyone who does recurring gift with auto EFT in NXT having to update the annual campaign manually when the gifts are processed? If their is a way for have the gift record to have to current annual campaign done without me having to manually do it let me know.

@Adrian Pitts We've had to do this. Go into the main Recurring Gift (not a Payment) and make the change there. It may take one or two runs for it to be updated depending on timing, but should be current moving forward.

@Lee Grisham thank you for the information, but if I change the main Annual Campaign on the main Recurring Gift. How a can I track how long a donors been giving if I change their orginal.

@Adrian Pitts you could do an Attribute, Note, Reference depending on what you have available or just go by the date of the Gift with an Excel formula when you Export it out. Depends on how you operate.
