Use of Action Priority Option

Hi All,

How are you all using the “Priority” field and the “Outcome” field when adding actions in NXT? We currently use the Thumbs up/Thumbs down to reflect an action that results in a prospect status move. I'm thinking about using the Priority Field when an ask is made or when a proposal is accepted. Otherwise, perhaps we will use it in the most basic sense - to identify whether the action is a priority (and then define parameters for what that encompasses).

I would love to hear how other organizations use these fields as we think through the use of the priority field at The College of New Jersey.
