Invoicing for outstanding pledges

We have many corporate funders who require an invoice to send payment. Have any of your figured out how to do this?

    This is basically what we do - we had this set up when RE still had integration with Word directly, so we use the templates we had for that. We now have Letter Box set up with this template, but I'm not sure how much my colleagues use it yet as it's fairly recent.

    @Emily Bastow We are using Red Arc, a 3rd party product (can be found in the NXT Market place). They have a free version that allows you to set up 5 templates. We open the gift in RENXT create the invoice directly from the gift using the Red Arc Template, (a pdf is saved on the gift) we then save that PDF to a folder on our shared drive, email it out to the applicable person at the organization, add an action to the constituent record showing “invoice sent” and then set an action reminder to send them a follow-up 30 days later, we include a copy of the original PDF that was created - rinse & repeat until it's paid.
