My Boss is Getting This " Authorization Required" SKY API Access Required

Hi,

My boss is trying to enter “actions” into NXT and he is receiving the following message. Has anyone experienced this and if so how does he fix it? Thanks,

@Jennifer Branstrom clicking “Authorize” will start the standard authorization flow that will allow the Blackbaud for Gmail add-on to access data within Raiser's Edge NXT. This is the standard protocol when SKY API is being used.

Note that when your boss clicks to authorize, he will be authorizing the add-on to use his level of user permissions in RE NXT. So he will a) need access to RE NXT, and b) will need the sufficient level of permissions to enable actions to be created on records.

Hi! We're having the same issue here. I click through on the Authorization but still get the “something is wrong, try later…” message. My PowerBi NXT app is working, so it doesn't seem to be an overall BB issue. I've tried clearing cache as well, per BB support's suggestion. Is there anything else I could maybe try? Thanks

@Jennifer Branstrom @Peter McKay - there was an issue with Blackbaud for Gmail preventing the Gmail addon from authorizing and searching for constituents. The problem was fixed yesterday evening and should now be working. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
