Attaching Solicitations to Donor Records

We have one campaign (membership) that we want to attach solicitation letters to individual donor records. What is the best way to do so? Then, what do we do when we have multiple campaigns in the same year?

@Shukri Bana You've probably already figured something out here, but you could run a query and do a mass update of New Contact to create a journal entry contact on all accounts that are related to that campaign. You can add an attachment to a Contact attachment when you add it via the Journal. You can't attach with a mass update however you can go back and update Contacts once entered.
