changes causing frustration

hello - who do I contact to voice my frustration with the domino effect that changes (improvements?) Blackbaud is making has on the user? Latest example: in the directories area, data that was visible to all looks to be only visible to those with the “Teacher” role now. And I just spent over an hour on Chat with no solution to get that data back to being visible to all. A few weeks ago, our President lost the option to view a certain “tab” that I then had to troubleshoot to restore. Can someone let me know who I can escalate these concerns to, please? Thank you.
