Hello,

I am wondering if anyone is having trouble with the bank matching transactions page?

I am experiencing two different issues:

  1. The page will jump when I am trying to select transactions in either the bank feed or bank register. Also, I now have to select a transaction's check box at least 3-4 times for FE to mark it as selected. This is happening about 75% of the time I am in this screen.
  2. When needing to search through multiples pages of transactions on the bank register side, FE will not sum the transactions I have selected previously. Or, it will select random transactions that were not originally selected at all. This is happening 100% of the time.

Both of these combined is rendering this page useless. Is anyone else having these issues? If so, is there a remedy? I have cleared cache, restarted my computer, etc. Nothing seems to be working.

    For issue number one , does that happen in any browser or just the main browser you're using when selecting the transactions?

    I've noticed an annoying delay when I clear a transaction (even when I manually clear checks). It's a very slow process.

    I've never been able to use the bank feed matching for two main reasons:

    1. It clears my outstanding checks based on dollar amount instead of check number, so it ends up making a huge mess because it clears the wrong checks.
    2. It will not allow me to match up multiple items on each side. For instance, if a certain item came into the bank in multiple transactions or line items, it will allow me to choose all of those items on the bank side, but on the book side, I am limited to only one item. I often have transactions that have to be split into several entries on my books, and those same items may have come in to the bank as several line items too. I just gave up on it.
