using sky API against Hosted BBCRM environment

trying to start using the sky api so am testing using the Sky Api Console

Environment OK, Application OK, Subscription OK

yet I get the dreaded 500 error

The SKY API service is currently unavailable - unable to authorize a call to the backend

Any Ideas

@Paul Smith Hi Paul, Is the environment you are using upgraded to service pack 33, hot fix 1? It looks like only your production environment is upgraded to service pack 33, hot fix 1, but the staging and test environments are not. If you are connecting from one of the environments not on service pack 33 hot fix 1, then you'll need to upgrade before you can connect to SKY APIs. If you are connecting from production then you should not be getting an error as that environment is already on the right version. If that is the case, then please reach out to report this to support for more assistance.

I have requested Support to update staging to SP33 HF1
