Deleting Gift Batches in Gift Management

Our staff has been combining gifts from batches in NXT's gift management screen, however they can't delete the empty batches. I can, as admin, but I would like to grant them permission. However I can't find the permission that controls the ability to delete. Does anyone know where it is?

@David Plotts - I think this may be a permission that lives within DBV. Try going adding the permission to delete batches there, and see if changes anything.
