Blackbaud Not Working

Hello,

Has anyone tried to log into blackbaud and it say “That's odd…Oops! Something went wrong” and not be able to log in? If so, what did you do to correct this?

Currently no one is able to access blackbaud at my school. Current status of blackbaud says everything is operational. I cannot access chat because I can't log in, but for some reason I'm able to access this community page.

I called Blackbaud support and they said they were able to login on their end and said it may be a wifi/connection error on our end. However, I wasn't able to get access at home either which uses different wifi. Has anyone experienced this before?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    HI Maria,

    We had a situation earlier in the year where after an internet update, Blackbaud was blocked. I was able to login via my phone not using wifi, so I knew the issue was on our end. Maybe check and see if you can login not using your wifi.

    Thanks for the advice! I tried on my phone, which is not connected to wifi and unfortunately got the same error message.

    Perhaps it has something to do with Microsoft 365/outlook username...

  • @Maria Binette Do you have a single sign-on set up? It sounds like there might be an issue related to that. If you have a test candidate/parent/etc. account that just uses an external username/BBID you could try that and see if you receive the same error message.

  • @Maria Binette - Check to see if the integration key within Office365 expired. That was an issue we encountered earlier in the year.
