One PodLookup Service returned a 404 (another bump)

Getting the following error when trying to resolve a client's OAuth credentials:

One PodLookup Service returned a 404. Check to make sure the mapping between the service type Blackbaud.EduLegacy.Service and the environment id [redacted] exists in Blackbaud.One.PodLookup.DataService. (Parameter '_audienceName')

It seems like this has come up for multiple people before (latest thread linked below). They said it ended up being resolved in a couple a days, but a client has been getting this error for nearly a week now. How can we resolve this issue? It is only coming up for a single client, so it seems to be instance-specific.

    @Cordelia Avery
    Do they have a customer support case started for it? That will help us track the issue.

  • @Cordelia Avery discussion moved to SKY community. Thanks!

  • @Bryna Gleich
    They've opened two cases: 019335715 and 019333135

    Any updates on this? We're blocked on being able to move forward with this client because they can't connect their instance

    Hi @Cordelia Avery I had a chance to dig into this issue and found the school actually has the application associated with the wrong environment which why you are seeing that error. The environment they hooked it up to is not associated with their educational entitlements.

    The school will need to remove the application from the current environment and add it to the one with their educational entitlements. I am going to reach out to the admin that opened the previous tickets and let them know.
