Send Candidate Enroll notification to different recipients based on candidate grade level or grade

We are a preschool through grade 12 school and just recently started using the Candidate Enroll notification to notify a wide variety of faculty and staff when a new candidate enrolls, and I can see now why we perhaps haven't been using this notification.

It could use a few enhancements to be more useful, so I'm putting in a plug for the following ideas and asking everyone to vote them up in the hopes that they'll rise higher in the list of things to be done in the near future:
