Constituent (Search) how long after entry will this end point work.

I have a job that runs and searches or creates a constituent. Some times the job fails and the job will rerun. If the constituent is already created and the job reruns I am trying make sure I grab the constituent so that I don't make a duplicated. How ever the Constituent (Search) seems to be coming back with no results when ran with in mins of creating the constituent.

Does any one know if there is a time frame for the record to be able to be search with this end point? (I am using the email to search)

No, I used internal logs to avoid this issue.
