Proposal/Opportunities during Merge

We recently merged with another organization and combined databases. As part of the post-merger process, we're merging duplicates in our database. It's been pretty smooth for individuals, but we run into headaches when it comes to Foundations. Mostly on the line of proposals which can't be merged in Database view, if linked to another record, but I don't see how you can merge them in webview either.

Is it possible to merge proposals/opportunities in RENXT?

@Earl Rufus - Welcome to BB Community! You can merge all elements from one record into another, however it may take a merge in Web View + a merge in Database View to accomplish it. Luckily, proposals/opportunities exist within both views - there are some elements of them that exist only in Web View, which is why I recommend merging there first.

Once the records are merged in Web View, look at the two records within Database View and merge any remaining data from the source to the target record. Specifically for proposals/opportunities make sure that “Prospect Information” is selected as an area to merge.
