Newly Released Student Enrollment function for Activities

I'm checking out the newly released Student Enrollment Screen for Activities, and it will be very helpful! I noticed in the Legend (upper left corner)that the current size of the activity is included, but that number does not actually appear for me on the screen for any student. Does the current enrollment number appear for anyone else? Does anyone know if this is this feature a phased release, with more to come?

@Cecilia Kwilos I am setting up activities right now and noticed that tab, but it is completely blank for me. When I asked about it I was told it is not intended for the Activities section and will probably be removed for clarity ?‍♀️

Hello!

The Student Enrollment tab in Activities was newly added with the 7/18/2023 release. Amanda - apologies for the confusion with your support case. I am working with the teams internally to make sure the correct information is shared moving forward.

Cecilia - the legend was a miss on our end! My team and I are reviewing and will be making adjustments to the information that displays in the cell for the activity sections to align with the legend and/or updating the legend to accurately reflect the information about activities that we can display.

I am glad to hear surfacing this tab is valuable and be on the lookout for further improvements to the Activities scheduling pages over the coming months!

Thanks, Jacqueline! The number of enrollments in an activity section would be so great to have displayed, if that is possible. If not, can you suggest another place in the system where that number is easiest to view for an activity section?
