Admissions candidates - Error code: 500

I've been encountering a problem with the admissions candidate API for the past few days. Whenever I try to use it, I receive an error code 500, and the raw message says, 'The service is currently unavailable, please try again.'
I would appreciate any assistance or insights into this API error.
