Domain account password expiration date

Based on the documentation, the domain account passwords need to be changed every 90 days. I would like to know where I can look to find either the date last time the password was changed or when the password will expire for a specific account. I'm working on a project to automatically change certain user's passwords and then store the passwords in Azure Key Vault.
