Anonymizing Fundraisers?

Does anyone have their teamraisers set up so that fundraisers can choose to be anonymous? We have a teamraiser registrant who would prefer to be anonymized, at least on the public-facing end. We've come to a compromise solution (abbreviating their name in Luminate Online. since the name shows up on the fundraising page) but wanted to know if there was an option for teamraiser registrants to check a 'fundraise anonymously' box the way that teamraiser donors can check the 'donate anonymously' box. Our blueprint isn't set up to accommodate this, but I was wondering if it's a feature other people have that we could set up for the future.

Would setting the fundraising page to “private” solve your problem? I believe that makes it so that only people who the fundraiser actually shares the fundraising page url/link with can reach the page, and it does not show up in general searches in the site.

You should be able to set that by using the “Manage” link for the TeamRaiser, looking up the fundraiser, then updating the “Make Private” setting shown in this screenshot.

Thanks! That's an interesting solution, and whether it would work would probably depend on why the fundraiser wanted to be anonymized in the first place. I'll pass this on and see if maybe it would work for our situation.

@Kylee Long Thanks! Unfortunately, neither of those work for the situation since the person wants their page title (which is formulated with their first and last name as a registrant) to be more anonymized. It's not related to them donating or making a registration gift.
