Has anyone noticed a problem with results on a dashboard, specifically giving totals? We have used a funds raised to date dashboard with no problems until very recently. The dashboard has a stacked chart for 5 gift types and is now repeating one sum over and over, and of course the total is not correct. We have reviewed ever part of the insight feeding into the dashboard and verified that all dates are correct. I even tried to rebuild the insight and am still getting incorrect data on a new dashboard. To me, the “edit properties” table looks different which makes me wonder if Blackbaud hasn't made an update.

From what I am hearing, this is a known issue but has not been resolved. Its on NXT's side of things, not how you set up the insight.

We're also having trouble with dashboards. Filters applied in Insight Designer aren't being carried over into the dashboard level when you add an insight to the dashboard. If you haven't already, please submit a case, as of yesterday afternoon they were treating it as a “per customer” issue and don't have enough evidence to escalate to incident status.

Anyone using Insights allow split gifts? RE NXT was including in reporting other gift attached to the Fund we were targeting. I was wonder if that has improved or Insights has that issue too?
