Athletic Dismissal Time to Display on Schedule

Hello,

For an athletic team with an early dismissal, is there a way for the dismissal time to display on the student schedule? Currently, the start time of the game/match appears, but I would like for students/teachers/parents to have the early dismissal time show directly on the calendar.

@Stephanie Rubin - you could add a “practice” to the team's schedule that starts at the dismissal time and extends to the end of the school day. This will make it visible to students and parents, but not teachers.

The attendance coordinator can pre-add absence based on a team roster. Teachers will be able to see it on their attendance screen for each class they teach.
