Invalid Project - Journal Batch

With one project thus far we are getting invalid project. But we can enter the lines manually without a problem. What can be checked. I know the project is active, I know we are sending in the proper form. We can create Journal batches if it doesn't have the project. What can it be?

    Have you checked the restrictions on the project to make sure the account you're using is compatible with that project or that you don't have data entry prohibited on the project?
