Add Notes to Parent Profile

Aloha,

New to Blackbaud and hope someone can assist or have any suggestions. Is there a way to add Note(s) on a Parent's Profile? Example: no email required because (state reason), do not contact (state reason), back office staff want to add special comments to help other users i.e. difficult parent, pending divorce, etc.
We don't want the Parent to see it, only Staff & Faculty. I wasn't sure if Admin Field would be the best option?

@Rachel Katsuda you use the profile notice section of a user's contact card to add information for other staff to see. Additionally, you can select manage relationships and add comments for users in that area as well

@Troy Burki Mucho Mahaloz. Both are great options, one for parent profile and if we need to make notes regarding relationship. Thank you! ?

@Rachel Katsuda we use the profile notice for information regarding a student that we only want faculty/staff to know. Make sure you update permissions to ensure they are only seen by the groups for which the note is intended!
