Reporting financial aid comments in a list

We occasionally have families that receive an odd benefit as part of financial aid decisions like free bus service or a discount on extended day. When I added financial aid decisions this year, I included any of these individualized agreements in the comments section, thinking that I would be able to view them later in a list. I can't currently find a way to view those comments in a list or report. Does anyone know if this is possible? We don't have blackbaud's financial aid module, only enrollment management.
