Adding GPA to an Advanced List

Can anyone provide an Advanced List that includes both a current and cumulative GPA example?

    Hi @Jennifer Welch -

    When it comes to GPAs, an Advance List might not be the thing you want. Instead, I would encourage taking a look at our Student List. In that list, you can export GPA values, given the calculation has been run to begin with.


    You can get to this list by going to Academics > Grades > Student List. From here, you'll want to click the Columns button and then select the GPA values you're wanting to export.

    If you need to combine information from an Advance List to the GPAs you export from the Student List, you can use something like User ID as a unique identifier to help combine the data.

    @Michael Morrissette thank you and yes, I do have a list with GPAs created. It sounds as though I can't add GPA to an Advanced List though? I created an Advanced List that has grades and demographic information by term for our current students. The user would also like to have the GPAs I specified included in this advanced list. I want to avoid having to export and combine two lists!
