Creating Appeal via NXT Integration API

When I tried to use the API endpoint under NXT Integration to create a new appeal code, it does not adhere to the business rule in database view for FE Integration to create a Transaction Code 1 table entry in FE.

Is that intentional?

I also can't find an API endpoint that allows me to create Transaction Code 1 entry nor “link” an appeal to a Transaction Code 1 entry. Going to need these API endpoints if business rule can't be adhere to by the create appeal endpoint.

@Alex Wong I usually defer to the RENXT team for specific questions about how the API is designed, especially when it comes to database view intricacies where I'm not an SME. I confirmed with my colleagues on the RENXT team, that creating new appeal codes via the NXT Data Integration API does not create transaction code 1 entries in FE.

This is an intentional gap due to the complexity of the RE/FE integration, and other higher priorities at the time this API was created. Could be one for the Idea bank for the RENXT team to evaluate.
