Power BI NXT Tile- Sign In?

I have a Power BI report that appears as a tile on the first page of NXT. It appears with a Sign In like below. No big deal, usually they click Sign In and they can see it.

In the last few weeks they click Sign In and now they have to Refresh the page to see the report after clicking Sign In.

Anyone else experience this change?

Been an issue with Chrome. Other browser ok

@Alex Wong- thanks for confirming it is an issue in Chrome. I've never gotten the tile to work in Firefox at all. It always says Access Denied.
