how to create an enrollment contract

Would anyone like to share a template of their basic enrollment contract? I think it would help me to see what these contracts look like at other schools. I am struggling to figure out how to translate my paper contract to the Blackbaud online format. I'd love help from anyone who is already using this successfully. Thank you!
