Virus scan on attachments
I have seen the update regarding the scanning of attachments for viruses and that it can take up to 30 minutes; however, we have some attachments that were uploaded yesterday that we still cannot open. Is this an issue with NXT, with the user, with our IT? It is only some of the attachments from yesterday…

@Tanya Ferguson We have the same issue. I have deleted the attachements and reattached with the same error.

@Paulette Wadsworth - same here. I even did the attachment in case it had something to do with the original user who uploaded them, but still can't get them to open.
