Are Gift updates immediately available in Sky APIs?

Does anyone know how long it takes gift adds/updates made in the RE database view to be available in the SKY API gift services? Is it near-real time or is there a delay? Thanks!

    Hey @james kresge, they're near real time, normally a couple of seconds. I've only ever had one instance of an update taking longer but it was an issue on my side, not API side.

    @Matt Thacker I should have specified, we are using the “Gift List” service, the list of which is only rebuilt every ~5 minutes or so I believe? That looks like what is causing the delay I am seeing - the updating of the gift list, not the availability of the gift data on the gift record itself. Does that sound correct from your experience?

    gifts are immediately created and viewable on an individual gift basis in webview and database view.

    however, list and report does have a “sync” interval, I think up to 30 minutes, but not certain.. there's a help article on this.
