Date Modified information is incorrect

Hello everyone,

I am exporting a list of constituents using Power Automate's NXT Constituents connector, based on the Date Modified (Last Changed) for constituent records. I am getting many more records in the output (up to 5,000 at least) that should be and the reason is that the Date Modified values seem to be completely incorrect. I have compared them with the direct export from RE. At the same time, the values of Date Added exported via the Blackbaud NXT Constituents connector in Power Automate are correct. Could anyone give me any feedback or advice re: the challenge?

One of the reasons I am exporting via Power Automate is to get the fully formatted French personal and street names. RE exports directly only to XLS files that don't work with the Power platform. And csv files don't keep French characters.

Thanks a lot for sharing. But it appears I can't use the Date Modified as a parameter in the List Constituents action to get all added and updated constituent records for 2023. Could you advise any solution for that?

SKY API will read from the RODS and it would have the last modified that happened in the background, so to get “read” last modified, you can only go from database view if that's important to you.

Meaning running a query from dbview and exporting that. If you have RE:Queue, you can schedule the export.
