Amerx Credit Card Feeds

Does anyone have a working link involving corporate Amex cards for expense transactions? I have 5 cards individually linked to the American Express option in Yodlee. Those same cards will not link to the American Express@Work bank option. Transactions are not downloading since the new Yodlee rollout.

If anyone has information you can share about sucessful links I would be greatful as BB support is blaming Amex.

  • @Forrest Temple We have been told several times that the issue is fixed and it is not. It is frustrating because we have not been able to connect since Oct 11 and had to manually enter all charges to reconcile Oct and begin the Nov reconciliation. Hopefully help will arrive soon!

    We had to set up a new Multi factor authentication with AmEx AND update the password for the AmEx website and then I was able to connect my feed on NXT. I think those are updates American Express is doing with their websites, so it is affecting how it connects with Yodlee. Hope that helps you

    Amy thanks for taking the time to respond my Amex post. Did you connect your cards through the @work link or the other Amex card link? I was able to reconnect our cards through the regular Amex link process. I tested each cards login info by actually logging into the account first using the card holders username & password. Amex did not request a 2-step authentication process. I was able to link those cards individually but they will not update transactions.

    At BB request I did update my @work administrative account password. That process did require a 2 step authentication. Are you using the @work link to connect your users cards? If so did you link your cards by using your card administrator @work user name and password login and then simply add the card number you are trying to link?? I have not yet tried that approach but rather had tried to use the card holder login/pw info along with their card number. That approach has not worked.

    Not with Amex, but currently I am having problem pulling transaction with the credit card feed as well. I do have a support case going about it. Seems like accounts are linked but not getting any new transactions since Nov 3rd.

  • @Forrest Temple I used the @work link for mine. It might depend on your card. At this point, if i were you i would try it all and see what works. I believe American Express is making you update your password to their website by Jan 2024, so that could be causing part of the issue. I would log into the AmEx site and see if it requests you to update it.
