chart organizer error message

I am receiving this message while I was creaking a template:

Failed to update 'Template details': Record not found [3488]

I cannot find any documentation on this error.

All my work down the drain. Is this any way to save a “work” type file so I won't lose all my work? Thank you for any assistance.

Had you already saved your Chart Organizer template once with a name? If you're making a new VCO, I would save it first with a name, and then continue to edit it, saving every so often as you go. (There's no Auto-Save on these things, unfortunately.)
