Linking Financial Aid items with credits generated from these items

Hello,

For reconciliation with PowerFaids, we need to be able to have a list of credits (transactions) generated from Financial Aid items for a specific Academic Year and Term. Or, we need be able to link the Financial Aid items with credits generated from these items. As is often the case, we can only do it by exporting lists and linking them outside of the program.

Unfortunately, we don't see the way to do it:

If you run the Financial Aid Awards list, there is no Transaction ID in cases when an award has been disbursed and a credit has been created.
If you run the Transaction list, there is no indicator that a credit was created from Financial Aid; there is no fields indicating an Award Year and Term for these credits.

Is anyone else having similar issues?
