User Phone Create Shared - Beta API Creates Shared Phone 2 but doesn't show Icon

If anyone is using the Beta version of the User Phone Create Share to try and share a phone number from a parent to the applicant, with the applicant having a phone type of “Home 2”, you should be aware that is will share but you won't see the arrow showing it's shared. Nor will you receive the usual pop-up asking if you want to update any shared records.

Get of Phone number from relation (Note, the phone type is “Home” for the relation. We are sharing it with a child as “Home 2”)

When I look at the record, you can see it's missing the icon showing it's shared.
