Has anyone received a renewal notice like the one below? What does this mean if they don't include a product? ?

    @Lee Grisham - I recommend replying to the email and inquiring what products are included in the renewal. I've seen one recently that said “All Products” when it was really just for one add-on.

    With the way email phishing has been, it is better that you reach out to your BB account manager directly and screenshot what you received and ask what's going on. Don't directly reply.

    I can't imagine BB made the mistake of sending you renewal with a “broken email", so be more cautious

    I can imagine this! I've received enough sloppy emails from Blackbaud that this does not strike me as unusual, unfortunately! But it is good advice to reach out to your CSM, with a screenshot.
