Refresh button on Credit Card Feeds not responding

Is anyone having the same issues?
We have Regions Bank Visa cards.
I tried both Edge and Chrome with the same result.
I used to be able to refresh individual cards under Treasury but that option's no longer available so not sure of any other workaround.

Thank you.

  • @Ferdie Alayon I believe it is because they updated Yodlee and we have to relink the credit cards. The same thing happened to me when I tried working on it over the weekend. I tried to relink but I received an error message. I had problems getting the credit card feeds to work with our PNC credit cards which are under one “corporate card” when I originally started using it. So it's a call to support this morning!

Try going to Treasury and then Credit Cards - does it prompt you to relink up at the top?

  • @Lisa Mancini

Thanks for your reply. There is no relink anywhere on the page. Last update I had was exactly a week ago and not sure if this relink requirement took effect after that.

Last week I relinked all our cards and it was working. This morning it is not refreshing at all. I have started a case with support.?

  • @Ferdie Alayon
Yes, we use Bank of America cards and can't get refresh to work. We tried re-linking and it didn't help. We'll be starting a case shortly.

  • @Ferdie Alayon

Thanks @Sylvia Cook and @David Dover . I'll be starting a case today.

  • @Ferdie Alayon Yes! since last week. I chatted with support this morning and they are “Looking into it”. We have had many problems with a delay in the feed but now it's not working at all. And they took away the ability to refresh from Treasury so we are frozen in time until it is resolved.

  • @Susan Ferraro thanks for the update. Thankfully, it's in the middle of the month and not during our month-end close. I'm relying on the bank's website to get activity information so I don't lose sight of charges.

  • @Ferdie Alayon
Refresh stopped working for us too. We have Bank of America credit cards. I tried switching browsers with no success. I tried refreshing in both Treasury and Credit Card Activity but neither one is responding. We will be submitting a support ticket.

  • @Debbie Arthur
I was trying earlier then noticed the Refresh button under Treasury wasn't grayed out like before, the hyperlink appeared active. However, it didn't work. I went back to accounts payable - credit card activity and tried the Refresh button there and--good news! It worked! Perhaps, try logging out of your NXT session and log back in if it made any difference.

  • @Ferdie Alayon

Yay! I was able to refresh too. I went into the Treasury and each card refreshed without any issues. Everything seems to be working now.

  • @Ferdie Alayon I'm noticing this myself. My feeds are no longer linked because of a Yodlee upgrade. That's fine…..but where on earth am I supposed to relink them? FENXT isn't allowing me the option to even try to do that.

Yeah, you see, it prompts me to relink….but then I click and, I can't. It asks to “find online account.” What am I supposed to do with that?

  • @Patrick Lunn
I briefly saw a blue message bar about relinking but when I clicked on it (the bar itself, not any hyperlink on the message), it disappeared.

When blackbaud's status page no longer showed service degradation, I tried and retried refreshing transactions under AP-Credit Card Activity and Treasury-Credit Cards until it worked under AP.

My credit card page has always correctly shown 1 of 2 accounts linked (we didn't bother to link the other one that we're discontinuing soon) even when I was having issues so I don't have any recent familiarity with linking/relinking.

Sorry if I couldn't give any more info. It may be worth a chat with customer support.

  • @Ferdie Alayon

Is anyone still experiencing an issue with their credit card feed not working? Our's has been down for us since December 13th. I have a support case open but haven't heard from them since December 28th.

  • @Susan Ferraro so sorry to hear you're still having issues with it. It's been running smoothly since it refreshed successfully for the first time 13 days ago.
