Bulk Upload PDF System Issue

Hello,

I am looking to see if anyone has experienced this issue with the bulk upload function. We use it to upload statements in pdf form. Recently, the wrong pdf has been uploaded to a students profile. The validation file matches to the correct file name. And the file with that file name is the correct student, but in the upload something goes amiss and the system adds the wrong pdf to a student's profile.

E.g., the pdf is named 1234, for userID 1234567 in the validation file and when you open pdf 1234 it is for student 1234. But then when the files are uploaded pdf 5678 is added to the profile of student 1234. This has happened twice now for two separate students. I have a case open with Blackbaud about this but wondering if anyone else experienced this issue?
