Checks - Signature and MICR line Not Working

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced any issues with the signatures and MICR lines not showing up on their checks? We have tried everything support has suggested for us but have had no luck, right now we are manually signing checks. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Our AP person said she had to go through our IT department to get the signatures back. One of our other offices is having a similar but different problem.

  • @Lupe Tovar We are also having the same problem. Using the database, it works correctly, but using the web version the signatures are missing or not showing up based on the business rules.

  • @Joseph Dahlbacka for us the signature works in the database but not the MICR line, then in the webview its vice versa, the signature does not work but the MICR does. We have tried various things but we are still waiting on support to get back to us.
