How do you update power bi? Do you have to install the connector after that?

I'm guessing you are talking about updating the Power BI application installed on your computer.https://www.journeyteam.com/post/how-to-update-power-bi-desktop-a-step-by-step-guide
and the Blackbaud connector does not need to be reinstalled, as it is just a file that exists in your computer's user directory
